Characteristics.

• Very, very psychotic and gets distracted at the drop of a hat. Has to be reminded to do even normal things, like eat, and is next to incapable of looking after himself.
• Occasionally he'll have "fits" where his previous personality, Alexander, will come back into play over the "mirrored" personality of Alexyn. He'll become insanely scared of everything, and have a horrible fear of being seperated from his mother; during these times, the cat features fade, leaving him "normal."
• Real-world Alexander is gracefully slender, with fair skin and dark hair, looks he inherited strictly from his mother. He has bright blue eyes, and wears glasses on the account of his weak eyes. Alexander often looks younger than his twenty, both by appearance and by behavior. In his dream world, he is the same but with cat ears, eyes, and feet, with a long prehensile cat tail.

History.

Alexander was in training by his father to take over the family accounting firm from a very young age. His real passion was drawing, and his mother encouraged it, but his father forbade him from pursuing it as a serious career, saying it was a mere ‘fine hobby.’ When he was seventeen, he was walking home from school when a car veered off of the side of the road and took him with it. The woman driver was hung over and stressed, and Alexyn received permanent brain damage from being crushed into a brick wall. His right foot is still unable to stretch all of the way out; he walks with a limp. After the accident, it became plain that Alexander needed permanent care for the rest of his life, and so he was put into a mental hospital by his grieving family—whom he no longer truly recognized.

In the mental hospital, he met Fahrenheit and Agenth, who were at that time also patients. They were all "mirrored" together, like Nithia, Kilotis and Raz also were. But unlike the other three, Alexyn forged a strong family-like bond to his fellows, and began to look at them as his new brother and sister.

Personality.

Intensely goofy, jovial and wisecracking, Alexyn is usually described as "completely loopy." Or adorable, which he also is. He acts much younger than he is most of the time, with a youthful enthusiasm and curiosity. As Alexyn, he isn't afraid of anything. His personality as Alexander is the boy just after the accident: timid, afraid, optimistic, gentle and painfully earnest, but permanently scarred.
