Characteristics.

• Fahrenheit sees what will happen in the future of whatever area he’s in when he dreams, or right around that area. Can have other people see these visions if they grasp one of his hands. Likes to break his wrists when agitated. Doesn’t talk to anyone unless they answer a question of some sort first. Right after a vision, the questions will be in a foreign language he doesn’t know, or a long-dead language. This only happens right after a prophetic dream, however.

History.

Fahrenheit was not given much attention as a child, as his parents were both lower-class and both held jobs in order to pay for basic expenses. He turned to being a brat because it gave him his much-needed attention and, unfortunately, his parents didn’t discourage the behavior; his father actually thought it was rather funny. His strange prophetic ability, however, coupled with acts of juvenile deliquincy, made his parents turn to outside opinions. They couldn’t afford much, but the Larahner Institute admitted him very inexpensively, as Nithia was very interested in the boy’s so-called dementia.

Inside the Institute, he became close to Agatha and Alexander (Agenth and Alexyn), two other patients. They discovered the source of their collective insanity was that they were being "mirrored" by another realm, Mirron, and that they were bouncing back and forth for real -- it wasn't dementia. His prophetic dreams occur when Mirron "reflects" a realm, and show possible future realities.

Personality.

Sullen describes him very well. Thanks to his strange ability, Frederick (all the nurses call him Freddy; he hates this with a passion), or Fahrenheit, has a certain natural distance from others, and is used to being treated with either scorn or disbelief. He’s built up mental shields against this, so that kind behavior doesn’t seem to have an effect on him. Fahrenheit can be extremely vicious if given proper provocation, and has proven against the orderlies to be a nasty hand-to-hand fighter. He often experiences overloads of anger and, were he not in a facility, would turn to self-mutiliation as an answer.

Likes quiet, being away from people, cold temperatures, alcohol, sharp objects, music. Dislikes Nithia, needles, disrespect, idiots.
