Mirror Shards.

Mirron is a "world" that mirrors others, sort of a thin band that travels above other worlds and even above other timelines for those worlds. Parts of it reflect those it passes over, creating "copies" of the people in them. Sometimes those are completely seperate beings, and sometimes they exist half in half, which is the worst case scenerio, as it means the person is constantly flipping between realities. Mirron was created by the being they now call Zath, or the "Griffon," but her creation mirrored her and she very quickly lost her mind to it. Now she wanders, aimless, mindless, known only for the terror she brings the creatures in her world. The original part of the world -- specifically created by her, whereas the other parts evolved from it -- is lost in a nightmare fog, full of distorted creatures.

You can find almost any creature you want in Mirron, but at different times.

The "original three," as they are known in Mirron, were the first humans on any planet called Earth, in any reality, who were mirrored. They got the worst side effect: flipping between realities. Already on very unstable mental ground, it pitched Fahrenheit, Alexyn, and Agenth into Mirron and back constantly and out of their control. It ended with all three of them being put into a mental facility regulated by Nithia, where they realized they were all having the same problem, and the three bonded while trying to figure out what was going on.
